We are an organization built and led by youth leaders that provides a platform to dismantle
oppressive systems and to rebuild sustainable and equitable communities by
networking, channeling, and training youth to create action and change through leadership training, communication/negotiation training and facilitating debates and extra-mural activities for youth.
Shane Marvin Wolf is a refined leader who has taken pride in debating and public speaking, Shane has debated in many National platforms and participated in an international public speaking competition shiftly afterwards, he made massive moves as an adjudicator, having adjudicated over 5 international debate tournaments and countless local and national competitions. Shane serves as a regional manager in Tshimong and serves as General Secretary of Residence House Committee in Sol Plaatje University. He studies towards a Bachelor of Education.

Oratile Innocent Bodigelo, the heart of Agents of Youth, she serves with gratiude. Oratile serves as a Peer Mentor under Division of Student Affairs and providing assistance through Health and Wellness Center. She serves also in Tshimong as school coordinator, providing debate training, facilitation and support to learners. Oratile is studying towards a Bachelor of Arts to be a psychologist/ best Setswana Teacher/Lecturer since we are in short of home language teachers/leactures in our country. She holds her home language at heart. She is the life of the party and definetly life of Agents of Youth!
Chris Appie, a meticulous leader who pays attention to detail and numeric guru. Chris serves as a cricket captain in Sol Plaatje University. He is a humble individual, always ready to serve at any situation and moment. He believes that Agents of Youth is the future of South African youth and we are proud to have him playing numbers behind the scene.

Onthatile Dikhudu, a self born leader and resilient individual whom has taken an oath to grow with the organisation as she grows. Onthatile serves as a School Coordinator in Tshimong, training secondary school learners debating and research skills. She is compassionate about women empowerment and sees herself as the founder of an organisation that would primarily be focusing in women empowerment. She is a force to be rekconed with!

Leadership training is important to teach you various skills and techniques to help you succeed as a leader, we offer young people with leadership training in this areas: effective leadership for Conflict resolution, Dealing with change, Problem-solving, Leading innovation, Virtual leadership, Project planning and delegating, Building trust and respect, Managing effective meetings, Effective communication skills, Time and energy management.

Communication/Negotiation training
We start making negotiations as soon as our day begins, through all our interactions, either work, social, or family-related. But have you ever wondered how efficiently you negotiate, and whether you could be better at it? This is a straightforward opportunity to put into practice all the knowledge you have acquired, and to confirm that the negotiation process is dynamic and can always be improved. We offer this to learners/students through debating, public speaking and communication activities.

We offer a variety of fun activities to young people, this creates team bonding and it is crucial as it builds: Communication Skills, Productivity, Identifies Leaders, and allows young people to unwind.
Our non-profit organization partners with different youth organizations and institutions to offer leadership training, counseling, and communication skills and prevention services.
There are more than 845 million youth in Africa today. We have 845 million reasons to work with them! Agents of Youth works with young men and women in South Africa and around Africa to foster community resilience, propose innovative solutions, drive social progress, influence youth empowerment and inspire transformative change. Young people are a tremendous and essential asset worth investing in. We hope to open the door to an unparalleled multiplier effect as our message spreads.
Leadership training
We build leaders of tomorrow by giving any young person who is in a leadership position or has a vision to be leader, we give them classic and innovative training where they can kickstart their leadrship journey and open them up to who they really are.
Communication skills/critical thinking skills
We facilitate debates, public speaking and other activities and sports that has to do with speaking where we create a platform for youth people to speak their mind and be innovative and apply their minds to come up with solutions to different burning issues in Africa and beyond.

On April the 23rd in 2019, Agents of Youth had its first primary schools debate competition in patnership with Mogomotsi Development Center and Pampierstad Youth Center in Pampierstad in the Northern Cape.
The competition had more than 50 participants from six primary schools in the community. The event was graced by the presence of a well-known motivational speaker and author Mr Matlhako who gave a keynote address at the event and encouraged learners to keep working hard on their studies and be of the best to come out of the community.
Education is of paramount importance and I have nothing much to say but to tell you that you can and you are enough, keep on working hard and we are proud of you all. We have seen that our learners are able to be great people in society and in the country at large"
The event was facilated and chaired by the director of Agents of Youth, Shane Marvin Wolf, and he was working side by side with Thozamile Ntsenge, Umamele Modumela and stakeholders from Mogomotsi Development Center whom were the adjucators of the debate. Agents of Youth congratulates, Bontleng Primary School for being the first Champions of Agents of Youth Primary Schools Debate League and the alumnis of the organization. We are proud of all the participants, they gained crucial skills from the experience such as critical thinking, research, and communication. Agents of Youth exteends its gratitude to Mogomotsi Development Center together with Pampierstad Youth Centre and the community at large.
Agents of Youth has received its certificate of registration on the 7th of November 2022, and it hopes to launch in the beginning of 2023 to continue with the Primary Schools League after three years of stopage.
